Dunn’s River Falls

The Dunn’s River Falls, located in Ocho Rios, is one of the many Jamaican treasures along with the wonderful reggae music and the delicious Jamaican cuisine. It is a very famous place across the world and many tourists are coming to find the spirit of the nature on top of the falls. Be prepared to climb over 600 feet to see the most wonderful landscape ever!! The entrance to the fall is opened daily from 8:30 am till 4 pm and the fee is only USD 15 per person.

 

River Adventure

The Great River adventure is a way of exploring the river from inside to the outside, to swim in the cold water, but also to admire the birds, vegetation while drifting slowly.  The Great River Valley is located nearby Montego Bay and the price for this experience is USD 30 per person.

Safari Experience on Black River

If you are a nature lover you should definitely taste the safari experience on the Black River, in Negril. The Black River is listed as a Protected National Heritage District by the Jamaica National Heritage Trust. The wildlife is magnificent and the emotion that you get while becoming one with nature is something that can be felt intensively here. You can admire crocodiles; you can learn more about differences between species of mangroves and water plants or you can take a boat trip on the longest Jamaican river. The price is around USD 15 per person and it captures the essence of the river in approx one and a half hour.

Treasure Beach

The Treasure Beach is suggestive of its name and represents one of the most peaceful beaches in Jamaica.  Located on the South Coast is not very crowded and gives the opportunity for relaxation to whoever looks for a peaceful area amongst the chaos of the overcrowded Jamaican beaches. It is here where you can rent a villa near the amazing beach and enjoy the charming atmosphere while playing the guitar near the water and under the night stars.

Frenchman’s Cove

The Frenchman’s Cove destination is perfect for those who are deeply in love with the virgin nature. The cove is situated on the Jamaican Eastern Coast between the Caribbean Sea and the Blue Mountains.  The landscape is just unimaginable and the Port Antonio village is still one of those ancient locations with the old traditions in place. It is a fishermen village with all the necessary stuff to make you feel nice and comfortable.

Bob Marley Museum

Are you a big fan of reggae music? Do you have thousands of records with Jamaican singers and Bob Marley? If so, you have to visit the Bob Marley museum and studio in Kingston. Here you will discover a new perspective of your favorite musician. The museum is opened from Monday till Saturday from 9:30 am to 4 pm. The entrance fee is USD 20 and half the price for children ages 4-12.
